A male whinchat.   It is typically to see the Whinchat sitt like this, on top of a bush. This one were breeding, it had 2 youngsters around i think it were, and i saw a female aswell. He did the warning call when i came, understandable.  Both the female and male has a quit clear light/white patch over the eye, good characteristic for them.  It were also hugh amount of mosquitos here,realy good for the insect eating Whinchats.
