Description
Kilcowera Station, via Thargomindah, Queensland, Australia.  Galahs have a marvellous habit of holding their wings up briefly when they alight on something. You get to see the lovely pink underwing quite clearly, here in contrast with the rusty stock trough and orange soil in the background.
